先把簡單的東西寫出來，雖然說Thesis在intro的第二句話，但最好先寫出來。
BASIC
MEDIUM
更為具體一點，如果想得到，用這裡的，想不到就用BASIC的。
倒裝句
MEDIUM-HARD
更為Specific，如果考雅思，他問best way的題目就可以用這裡的句型。

MEDIUM
MEDIUM中的句型，在後面寫Thesis的時候應該加上：In fact,
這部分就要找一個有爭議的事情，要剛剛好想得到，如：你知道現在體育課要被取消了嗎？
範本中While其實就是although的意思

想到這邊，想完Hook之後要回頭看下一句的Thesis有沒有重複，比如說，我的Thesis跟Hook都有in the future，就可以在下一句話把他省略。
in fact可以作為句子的一個轉折。

Conclusion改寫
- 主動改被動 (SVO : O be Vpp (by S.(可省略)))
- not only A1/R1 but also A2/R2 ⇒ (improve/decline/benefit/harm) health（以我的thesis，這會比較適合）
Prediction
如：未來的人都no illness
Recommendation
如，大家就可以去更注重生活品質、在乎心理健康，（Mental Quality of Life）
建議對象： 大：聯合國；中：GOV/National；小：School/ Institution/ Family
句型
